Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received

On August 10, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relativ,,xxxxxOur Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. and this was like 2 month ago and we called the USCIS's customer service tow times and they keep saying we working on your case, and as i find here in your website no cases take this long time and even it say there under our case in my profile (Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 22, 2015 and August 21, 2015* (RFEs at the Nebraska Service Center typically add an extra 24 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.)

so please what can i do if any one pass this before give me his or her experience ,,...

I believe they have 60 days to process a RFE (often they do it in less time, but not obliged to), so you have some time to go.

but can i ask u if u go throw this before ?? or u just read about it in here and another thing ,, why its takes all this time it seem like always they give us responding in end of limit time ,, i mean since we got NOA1 its takes the whole 5 month they mention it in USCIS website and now the RFE its takes 60 days as a limit time ,, i so worry if the whole case would process this way it mean if i got my visa it will take more than 18 month and this so long time comparing with other cases do u think so ?,, with knowing that we even been married since apr 2011 almost 5 years of marriage now ,, and i dont know why ?
