Can beneficiary ever bring family members?

After getting a k1 visa and then getting married is there ever a time and if so how long that a beneficiary can have family members come to the U.S.?

Depends which family members. You are allowed to petition for a family member (like mother/father or brother/sister) only after you become a US citizen - so around 3-4 years after marriage.

until she becomes in an US (3-4 years). She/he can request or petition her/his underage children (you can actually submit a petition for them with the k1 visa).

For parents must be an US, and for siblings too but it literally takes forever.

So your wife can get her USC in about 3 years if you are still married, currently the wait for sibling petitions is about 13 years but it will probably be much longer by the time she is waiting for a number. Also sibling petitions is always one of the classes that immigration reform talks of scrapping.
