how did you turn in i 693 "report of medical examination" when family member living in other country

hello...

I have three questions.

my parents are us citizen living in the us and I live in Korea.

1. they are about to turn in form i485. does it have to include i693 and my medical info things? or can I turn in the form with my medical info things during the interview?

one more question

2. I don't have an approval letter of i130 but I know that I got approved. I do not want to spend $400 for i 824 form.

Can I turn in my packet without an approval letter?

3. when do I need to hand in my background record about criminal things ? with i485 or during the interview?

I-485 is an adjustment of status form which you can only file if the immigrant is already in the US

01/04/2011: I-130 NOA1

02/16/2011: I-130 NOA2

08/04/2016: Received DS-261/AOS Bill

08/06/2016: Completed DS-261/Paid AOS Bill

08/16/2016: Received IV Bill

10/11/2016: Submitted AOS/IV documentation

10/11/2016: Paid IV fee bill

10/14/2016: Submitted DS-260
