Hello

I am applying for EAD/AOS under new rules with AOS filing date.

My Priority date is in May, 2011 for EB2 category. My spouse is on her H1B but GC process is not started. So, I will be applying for her as my dependent. I am filling I-485 and I-765 forms and I have following doubts.

I-765:

My I-765:

Question 16 - Eligibility Category

Question 17 - If ©(3)© is entered in question 16, enter degree and employer name

Question 18 - If ©(26) is entered in question 16, enter receipt# of principal spouse most recent I-797

Spouse I-765:

Question 16 - Eligibility Category

Question 17 - If ©(3)© is entered in question 16, enter degree and employer name

Question 18 - If ©(26) is entered in question 16, enter receipt# of principal spouse most recent I-797

I-485:

My I-485:

Part-2: Is this option 'a'?

Part-3: Section 'B' - Wrote my spouse details. and mentioned YES for 'applying with you'

Spouse I-485:

Part-2: Is this option 'b'?

Part-3: Section 'B' - Should she write my details or leave blank? what should she write for 'applying with you'?

Thank you...

In form I-131 for AP, in part-3 what should I answer for questions 1 and 2...it asks date of intended departure and number of days.
