Will it affect me to filed for a new beneficiary for k-1 if I have previously filed and it didn't work out. Never married and

I believe the beneficiary never left the U.S. Is been almost 2 years since the filing date of first k-1?

Need some advice before making the next move

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Nigeria
Timeline

It's been a while since we did the k-1 and I don't remember if you had to sign papers to financially sponsor your first k-1 beneficiary?

Yes you can file for a new K-1 without any issue.

If it has been less than 2 years since you filed your first I-129F petition, then you need to include a letter requesting a waiver of the IMBRA filing limitations. You can find an example of the waiver request letter here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/509146-waiver-for-multiple-fiance-filings/?p=7177435

Oct 2013 was the filling date or NO1 of that first petititon. Even though I'm not sending the package until the begging of next year I will still send the Waiver letter just in case. I have heard is 2 years of the Approval or NO2 instead of the NO1. but to be on the safe side I will still mail that Waiver Letter. Thanks for the advice Zedayn
