Question: Since their joint sponsor filed married, but only using their income, does an employment letter not help? Do they only accept the w2's with the transcript?

An employment letter is good as support. But, to distinguish the income on the tax transcript, you need to provide the W-2s for the person that is acting as the joint sponsor.

We sent our package today after long wait for joint sponsor.it will b delivered Saturday .our ds 260 is already sent sep 7th for review they was waiting for our documents to sent.when they will review it all together and when I should call them to get a update.
