Hello I have a quick question. Can someone please tell me what goes in the packet and what should I mail it in. We have the firm completed. Do we put the pictures in too? Also do I (the us citizen) have to have a passport style photo? Thank you in advance! Also what do you suggest is the best form of payment.

I-129F Sent : 09-28-2015 via USPS Priority Mail to PO Box in Dallas, TX

I-129F Delivered : 10-01-2015

 

I-129F NOA1 :10-13-2015

 

I-129F NOA2 : 11-04-2015

 

NVC Received : 11-17-2015

 

Packet 3 Received : 12-04-2015

 

Interview Date : March 3rd, 2016

 

Interview Result : Approved!

 

Visa Received : March 14th, 2016

 

US Entry : March 16th, 2016

 

Marriage : May 25th, 2016

 

Daughter born: May 13th, 2016

 

Now on I-130. A new adventure begins..

There is a lot of documents that need to be included.

You do have to include pistures and any other proof of meeting in person within the last 24 months.

Passports style photos need to be included with form G-325a for both the petitioner and the beneficiary

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

31 Jul 2014: Mailed AOS Packet

12 Feb 2015: AOS Interview - Approved

--

22 Feb 2017: Mailed ROC Packet

08 Aug 2018: ROC Approved
