actually says that on USCIS account plus my brother in law bought in his Russian gf and her parents came for marriage

He bought tickets for them to all go on a curise for honeymoon and was told she could not leave the US for a year./ not even a cruise to the islands as that was leaving the US / that is what i go by

So wrong...

Travelling out of the US on a cr-1 can be immediate if needed. Doing so on a k-1 can be a few months on AP approval.

There is no such 12mo\1yr restriction.

Thank you all for the information, i have decided to visit her sometime in next couple months, to see how things are and to see if we both still feel the same. Then i will come home and if we are certain then i will apply for fiance visa. Once again thanks for advice and opinions.
