Yes England should accept as many folks with fake passports as possible . Just as long as they are not allowed into the United States.

I'll even go first.

I think neighbouring and European nations (and yes, the USA) should be willing to grant asylum to those who are genuine asylum seekers.

Should efforts be made to curtail fraud? Sure. Is there a practical solution for doing this? I have no idea, but then that's not my department.

I don't think fraud is a reason to not grant asylum.
