Yesterday i Called NVC and they said they require certified copy of my Birth certificate and certified translated copy of my marriage certificate as far as my birth certificate is concerned i sent them the colored copy of the original one and regarding marriage certificate it was translated by a competent authority and also notrised. Now after 55 days of waiting they are saying they will send us a checklist regarding these two documents. I was wondering if i call them again and ask them that i will bring the original documents at the time of interview so is it possible that they can do a case complete at this stage.

Does anyone here has a similar experience?

If i receive a checklist does it means waiting time of minimum 30 days or this time it would be faster than that 55 days of wait?

I would call them again, they 'lost' my divorce paperwork, then when I called 'found' it again

I have called them several times and every time i have to listen to a different story. I dont know now what to believe :/
