PJ1959US, you are looking at a version of the form which has expired. The last version of the form coincidentally expired yesterday (no April fool's there). The new form just says "Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined.........", without the "since you have become a conditional resident" bit. So Stephen, I'd say your answer should be "yes". If you say "no", they do already know about it.

So everyone filing the I-751 from today onward should be using a form that expires 9/30/08.

Thank you! I was wondering if there was an updated version that I didn't have onhand (and my Acrobat Reader was giving me fits the past week opening anything new so couldn't check the USCIS site). That's why I was inquiring about that in my answer.
