Reporting a Consultant to Authorities

Hello VJ Users.

Today I am writing to know if some one can help me out. I want to lodge a complaint against the consultant we hire to prepare our case. He is incompetent person who just made our case worse than good. He took his complete consultancy fee from us and didn't provide us any contract copy. All he did was to fill up forms nothing else. He doesnt pick up my calls or respond to my emails. He doesnt even meet with my wife when ever she goes to his office. He is causing continuous delays in our case by messing up things and I am really sick and tired of him. I want to file a complaint against him to the appropriate authorities and another thing he runs social services and welfare organisation in Hayward is it right to by any means as per law is he eligible even to provide paid consultancy to clients doesnt it require some sort of license to do it. I am really confused kindly help.

I would suggest your USC wife go to the Better Business Bureau in her town, but first, look at your contract with him to determine if he did anything wrong; delays are normal when you go through a third party, and unless you have a contact saying you are entitled to a turn around time of X days or monthly in-person meetings, the person may have been providing bad services, but nothing you can really complain about.

Can file a complaint with the district attorny's office, as it seems the consultant stole her money.
