Hi,

so I have quick question on my Mom's petition I want to make sure I am doing this process correctly. I payed AOS ( $120 Fee ) on Thursday last week and submitted the DS-160 same day I checked today and status on the AOS shows paid .... how long does it take for the IV fee to show available to pay on the website ? and is that when I have to fill out the IV application for my Mom ? I am doing it from here since Internet in Venezuela is not good and she is not very much computer literate, in the mean time my mom is gathering the necessary paper work to send my way so I can send to the NVC.

please advise if this sounds correct or if I am missing a step..

thank you

Call and have NVC review your choice of agent (DS-261, this is what i assume you mean by Ds-160). Once they review it, they will automatically generate an IV invoice for you and then you can pay the IV fee). After you pay the fee, you can complete the DS-260.
