DS 260 QUERY, PLEASE GUIDE ME

i am a foreign medical graduate married to us citizen. in security and miscellenious section of ds 260 they asked

"do you intend to perform medical services in US and have not yet passed NBME"(licensing exam for eligibility to perform medicine in us) yes or no

*i will sit in Nbme iA in jan, but have to submit ds260 now, if i select yes, will it harm my iv case? cauz on the top it says that waivers will need to be submitted and all other choices are best to be answered no(page where they ask abouy labour services, polygamy etc.)

*i dont know what a waiver is

* shud i delay ds 260 till jan?

consider my case for nbme equivalent to labour certificate

You are filing the DS-260 at a moment when you are not authorized to perform medical services. So the answer today is NO. Even if you had passed the NBME the answer would still be NO, because you do not intend (I hope you're not) to perform medical services in the US without passing the NBME...

Are you "seeking" to perform medical services without a license? Do you "intend" to perform medical services without a license? If the answer to either of these is NO, then your answer is NO
