Today we got an RFE. It says that we haven't reached the poverty line +25% and that we need to submit extra information or get a co sponsor. However we do meet the requirements, with change to spare even if you just look at his take home pay. So we don't really understand why we got one but I have a few summations:

Most of the money earned by my partner in the 2014 tax year was made in ireland (he didnt return to the states until october 2014 and we submitted our forms in janurary 2015) and so we are wondering if that was a factor. We did however submit a letter from his current employer stating that he was a permanant member of staff and how much he earn. To date even he has earn enough to cover us for the 125% poverty line. Is it because we didnt submit pay stubs maybe?

Is it because I didn't submit enough tax forms going back in years, my husband is just out of school so he only has a few years of tax forms but for 2013 and 2014 he was mostly in ireland and 2012 he earned barely enough for himself to be above the poverty line.

Really what I am trying to do is make sure I am as prepared as possible for when the info pass appointment I have made comes about. Should I make sure I have as much information as possible with me?

Should we find a co sponsor even though we know we meet the requirements?

I am freaking out alot.

We just had the same problem, we make well over the poverty but USCIS didn't accept it since my husband just started working and is a recent graduate. Submit an employment letter which states salary, hours worked and dates. Also as many pay stubs as possible, and even throw in bank statements showing the payments.
