What is your question?

Does he make enough money now? if so, a letter from the employer and a few pay stubs may convince the embassy.

If not, yes, he will need to find a US based co-sponsor; it doesn't need to be a family member, or someone who lives near you. So he could ask distant relatives or ex-college room mates living in different states, friends at the mosque, co-workers....

Not sure what help you are asking for. Im sure your husband has family or knows someone that makes above the poverty guidelines, anyone can be a joint sponsor, it doesn't have to be a relative.

I m looking for a joint sponspor we don't find .

you guys need to figure out how much more money do you need . for that first step will be how many people are dependent on the petitioner or in this case your husband. there are governmental guidelines you both will have to satisfy just to make sure that the new immigrant would be taken care(monetarily) by the petitioner and the US government will have not pay for the new immigrant's expenses.like healthcare costs etc.so lets say you are two people and your husband do not have any other dependents but you, in that scenario for him to successfully sponsor you . he will need to be making $15,930/year (http://aspe.hhs.gov/2015-poverty-guidelines).like other people advised you to find someone to sign an affidavit for the govt jointly with your husband stating that you will not be charge on federal or state govt. the other person need to be a US resident and could be anyone from your husband's family, your family, any friend etc. if you still do not get the process, it will better for you to pay for a lawyer.
