Good morning folks,

Quick question about the I-134 at London. I am going to be using a co-sponsor and I have the following documents provided:

Proof of earnings - Pay stubs from 2014.

Letter & statement from bank proving funds & deposits

Letter from employer stating salary and position.

Proof of assets (Equities and Bonds)

Proof of home ownership (Including current value and outstanding mortgage)

Proof of life insurance value

I don't however have any copies of my co-sponsors tax filings as the instructions for I-134 suggest that this is only necessary for self employed people.

Please could someone confirm that the information I have is sufficient?

Many thanks,

TJ

You have more than enough to prove the income. If the earnings alone are sufficient, then you don't need the assets--home, stocks, bank balance, insurance. That part of the form can even be left blank If the salary is sufficient.

Thank you for the clarity here. I am just concerned that if they refuse to accept something that I have backups in place! I would prefer not to have a delay as I wish to get married before a close family member goes back into the Armed Forces and wouldn't be able to attend.

I self sponsored, have that as a back up?

Or primary?

I wish I had enough savings to Self Sponsor! My Fianceé is a student so doesn't make the minimum to sponsor me.
