CRBA Philippines Fee

So with the mailing appointment system, I am confused as to whether I send in the payment when I send in my photocopies or if I pay when I go in to the interview. The CRBA Checklist states the fees, but doesn't state when to pay them. On the Embassy page when it says to mail in photocopies it doesn't say to send payment. Any help will be much appreciated thank you.

You just send all the required documents thru Air 21.Make sure you follow all the detail instructions from the checklist.Once American Citizens Services Team received your application,you will get an email from them for an appointment date and time.You will pay all the fees once you will be there for the interview.

Did you sent your papers already?

How did u send it?What courrier?Did you just bring the photocopies and send it to the U.S. embassy.

I'm going to send my application too.
