I was wondeirng if you guys could review my cover letter concurrent filing of i-130 & I-485.

Also if anyone can point me to the correct address for my filing.

I want to do one day shipping with signing and verification.

I think is good but I would attach both checks in the beginning, because they might think you are only sending one, but ohh well your cover letter explain where it is so I think you are good to go.

If not included, make sure you send proof of current income from both the petitioner and joint sponsor (check stubs or letter of work verification from the employer). Taxes or transcripts do not show that the sponsors are still currently employed at the time of filing. We were just given RFE for this. Good luck!
