Hi Guys,

I am a US Citizen and want to apply immigration for my mother. I want to make sure I am filing with correct documents. Are these documents required only or more?

Form I- 130.

My birth certificate

Want to know is my mom photo needed, Biographic information on G-325 or G-325A OR G-325C.

Do I need to send my tax returns.

Kindly help me explicitly so I send the correct documents for filing the immigration for my mother.

you can check the USCIS page they have the list of what you need to send. i hope that helps :)
