Since she's legally divorced and they're married, yes she can adjust her status in the U.S. All of the documents are sent concurrently together during the process. (I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131). Total filing fee is $1490 broken down as such $420 for I-130 and $1070 for I-485 ($985 + $85 biometric fee). I-765/I-131 fees are waived when filed concurrently. She shouldn't leave the U.S. until she gets her Advance parole travel document. Follow this link for a complete guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Hi Starkilla09,

Thank you so much.. Do you think that she will have problem because she went to Mexico and came back, they were already married.

Absolutely not, being married doesn't mean you can't move in and out of the U.S. If there was any problem with her travel and Intent, CBP wouldn't have allowed her entry. She should be fine.
