Ugh. Okay... I guess if luck is on my side and I do get selected, I'll have to ask my mom to call that University and ask them... Dammit.

Thanks, Susie!

Hello!

My random question is if someone is divorced, does he / she has to fill out information about the ex-spouse in the Entry form?

My first answer to all random questions is to read the instructions ;) ..which do have this in the FAQ.

If you are legally divorced, no, but you must include any children.

my photo matches the 600*600 pixel and also 24 bit color the technical stuff But composition wise I have no idea. This year I cant find the validator just the photo tool to edit. Btw can I provide my friends mail address?

Your friend's mail address as in a US address to put on the form? Yes you can.

I think the photo tool just ensures the photo ends up with what the validator would have checked...?

Nope my friend's address is in Saudi Arabia. I am relocating to a different city so I don't want to write the current address. Btw I cropped the picture using the official tool I heard if the picture is wrong it wont allow cropping and I am sure the technical specifications required match and the picture was taken with a white background behind so I believe I am good to go.

Thank you and have a good day!

Guys,

I know I shouldn't worry about my photo so much but I am not feeling very confident about it this time. Please, I need an advice!

Today I got my picture taken in a professional studio and they gave me the original digital file and another one (cropped), they say it matches the requirements (600x600 pixels).

After I checked the files in the official tool, they both needed some corrections! So I cropped the pic and saved it into my computer but after I open the new file, it looks with very poor quality.

The cropped file that was given to me from the photo studio goes through the photo validator and it's OK.

The cropped file that I did from the official tool with bad quality is also OK, according to the photo validator.

Does anyone use another program to check the right proportions? Pixels are easy, but what bothers me are the percentage measurements. :(

Thanks for helping in advance!

Just use the one from the studio that the photo validator approved
