Need advice: Student Visa for wife's daughter while we work on Spousal Visa

Hello all! My wife (Japanese) and I (USC) are feeling overwhelmed and really stressed.

We are exploring all possibilities for us to be together (legally of course!) while at the same time trying to do what is best for our daughters.

My wife is really worried about what to do about her daughter's education during this entire process. In Japan high schools are not free and students need to pay for even public schools. We will need to pay for the new school year in March, well before we are far along in the CR-1 process. We are also exploring international online schools as an option (any advice here would be appreciated too!)

So we are wondering if it would be possible for her daughter to get a student visa and live with me and attend school. My wife, her mom, would visit on a visitor's visa with the intention of going back in 3 months. This is while we are working on the CR-1. Is this a good idea or would it jepordize our I-130 petition?

Here's our background:

Met online 3 years ago.

Met in person in 2013 and 2014. This year my daughter and I spent 2 weeks in Japan. My wife (then girlfriend) and her daughter returned with us and have been here 2 months (returning next week).

We arrived in the US on July 29th and married on August 14th. (I surprised her with a proposal and we married soon after).

We are currently working on the required documents/evidence to submit our I-130 petition. (Need to translate her divorce decree)

She is planning on returning to US in a month or two and will provide evidence that she has the intention to return to Japan

Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.
