Hi folks,

- My fiancee makes an actual income of 23.3k/year, having 2 jobs. The problem is in her 2014 IRS report, she made only 15k cuz she started her second job on April 2014. She also made 7k, 10k during 2012, 2013 respectively (at that time she just got her Bachelor).

The question is do we need a co-sponsor? knowing that she has employment and bank letters stating she makes 23k/year. Will IRS 2014 be a problem?

-The other problem is noa2 expiration date which is Nov 14, 2015, we wanna go together at the interview, that's why she applied for Algerian visa, she might receive it in Nov and maybe the interview will be after the expiration date since they open only 2-3days in a row every month.

Shall we request them to extend our petition via email, or they'll do it automatically?

We do really need your advices and opinions, thank you in advance, we appreciate it:)

the affidavit of support is to show current income. employment letter and pay stubs help prove that. the amount in the IRS report is not used to show support, just to show history of employment.

They will extend the petition automatically, but I would still email them just so you have proof that you still intend to continue the process.

Supply the 2014 tax return, but more importantly, list the current income amount on the I-134 from the 2 jobs, list them both, and supply proof of current income with letters from employers and recent pay stubs from both.
