My fiancé appointment was a 9am. the officer ask how we met, what do we have in common what are our kids names. He asked how long I visited and then said that there was not enough proof and is sending our petition back to the US. on 8/14

fast forward yesterday 9/18

Ok... Where to start? This was the 2nd interview for me and my fiancé due to the fact that they refused his visa on our 1st interview. We arrived at about 10:30am for our 11am appointment. We were directed to the front of the line. We were first told to go and have a seat to the right... This was good news because it is a window interview. As soon as we were opening the door. the lady stopped us and said please go to room 26 and have a seat.. I am like OH S*** we are going to have a STOKES... sure enough when we entered the room together. the lady ask me to leave as she will interview my fiancé first and will call me in 2nd. I went outside the door and sat.. and sat and sat... the door is closed so I have no idea what she is asking him. The only comfort I am getting is that she had a Jamaican accent so whatever she is asking him.. I know he is understanding what she need to know. 45 minutes later he came out and said she want to talk to you now and he whisper good luck baby. When I get there she ask the following questions:

when we met
where we met
the first time I came there to visit
what did we do while I was here in March
where we stayed
did I meet any of his family
what are my childrens name and ages
do they know my fiancé
do they like him
where I live
where will we live if we get the visa
did I make wedding plans
where does he stay

Why am I not staying at his house now in oppose to staying at the hotel
what is the name and age of his son
where is his daughter have I met her
do I send money to him and support him
who woke up first this morning
what did I do when I woke up
did I pick out and show my fiancé my wedding dress and rings
describe the first day I met him and what we did
describe what we did the day before
where was the location we had sex last night
did we have sex during my first visit.
where did he propose. what were we doing when he proposed
how do we communicate with each other
does he communicate with my family
when did we first communicate.
describe what we discussed during our first communications on Whatsapp.
how often do we communicate

what is my fiancé date of birth

what is my date of birth
where does he work. how long and what does he do there
where do I work. how long and what do I do there.
when do I plan to have the wedding if he gets the visa

there may have been more questions and my interview was about 20 minutes she only looked at a few of the pictures and none of the 3000 pages of paper evidence I brought she did ask me how did I get so much of the chats and how I downloaded it from whatsapp. after that she asked me to bring my fiancé back in. She said that she had to give her report to the original CO who interviewed him last month. The CO that interviewed him came in and said Thank you for coming Ms Sanders, it really made a difference you being here. you are approved and you can come back in a few hours to pick up his visa so that he can leave with you. We went back and one section was not complete.they told us they will call on Monday for his and his son Visa. Sorry so long but this was not a regular interview and I hope this helps someone else not to give her or take the first NO. I suggest just going to avoid a denial in Jamaica

TBONE TX... if you were anywhere near me right now and with the permissions of Mrs. TBONE I would hug you right now. You were spot on with any and all advice you gave me here... although a bit gruff..partnered with my emotions.. I didn't want to hear what you were saying BUT with that gruffness, I was able to see past the emotions and take your advice from the congressman, letters from friends and advice on the Stokes I was able to turn this around... I appreciate you and see your a true asset to the site. Many thanks to you for helping me get to this point. much respect..
