Mu case in uscis didnt approved yet i am septemper 2014 filler form 1_130 my case in texas for tow weeks ago my husband do e request to know the reason why they delay

Yesterday they reply us that my case transfered to vermont to review who can tell me why my case trasfered to vermont and after the review they willb approve or not they gave us 60 days maxinum for complete review

the time frame at USCIS is 6 months. And your timeline shows you filed in Sept so just keep calm. If you want you may try to get an Info pass or supervisor on phone and inquire about your case in details.

P.S : As far as i know you cant challenge any decision by USCIS, NVC or Embassy because Visa is a privileged not a rights.

Well get hold of Supervisor or get Info pass or get your local congressmen office seek info for you. It's high time.
