I-129F filed as a petition for a fiancee after March was routed to the CSC (California Service Center). (With a few exceptions for April filers) The USCIS announcement regarding this is located here : http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/workload-transfer-within-service-center-operationsThey are not skipping March they just are not very productive at all when it comes to the files remaining at TSC. Some I-129Fs from OCT 2014 that went to TSC are still outstanding. They seem to work them completely out of order some days processing one from OCT - NOV 14 and then the next day processing a FEB - MAR 2015. Good Luck I will hope for a speedy resolution for you.

I would also like to point out to anyone still stuck at TSC, that USCIS generally updates their processing times table on the 14th-16th of each month. The day you become outside normal processing times (yes the numbers are exaggerated unlikely we can draw enough attention to this to have it rectified) make sure you file an inquiry. I also highly recommend contacting your Senators and Congressman, they have liaisons in their offices that work on these issues. Explain the standard processing time for an I-129F is 5 months and that you are well beyond that and ask them to make an inquiry. You will have to fill out a privacy act release form. The senators/congressman/congresswoman's office can get more information than you will ever get (provided your outside that five months) such as in security checks, etc.

Whats seems to me really bad about TSC is that at first they were popping out several approvals a day, and now it seems like it has slowed to a crawl. Some days none and some days two. Very frustrating cause there is no telling what is really going on in there.
