Wow! That's horrible. Did you call customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor?

I did. I actually called a few times. One supervisor was nice and kind enough to help me create a service request. But the reply was simply that they regret I have to wait. This is really frustrating and what happened on me has become really abnormal, if every one of you has it being processed so fast...

I sent my package in May,I had FP in June and I had my interview in Aug and I am still waiting on oath letter 6 weeks later. I am getting so frustrated so I really understand how you feel. Are you in NY,too?

Yes I am also in NYC. That's really scary to me since I applied in April and I haven't even had my interview scheduled yet.
