i called nvc today and ask if my case is completed so they told ne that its not and they reviewed our documents but they didn't reviewed THE DS-260 , so i was hoping to get the CC this month and now its feels like it's taking forever anyone had the same situation!!

When did you submit your DS-260? I submitted mine July 8 and am still waiting for a CC even though the docs are reviewed. My other case where I submitted it Aug 26, was completed today.

My scan date is 24 August and I submitted DS260 on 7th September

Me too my case was at the nvc since June and i was hoping to get CC this September to at least get an interview date by the end of November

But, you say you submitted your DS260 just this September. They take 30 days to review but, lately it's been a little less, about 20 days. My case has been at NVC since March.

I meant people have been waiting months just to have their documents and DS-260 reviewed.

You only submitted your DS-260 12 days ago, that's nothing. You wanna talk about a review taking forever.... We've been at NVC since MARCH. I submitted my DS-260 MAY 1ST and after nearly FIVE MONTHS, it still hasn't been reviewed. We have been on supervisor review for 87 DAYS and counting....

Not to sound harsh but your scan date is August 24th, you haven't even waited the standard 30 days yet so no, your case is not taking forever and you don't have a situation.

Im really sorry to hear that really but when i posted here i just want to know more informations about this DS260 because a lot of ppl get the review in 2weeks , and they already reviewed my doc's and everything is ok and hope to get your case completed

emails from NVC can say the review process will take 30 days, 60 days, 60 business days, etc.

you are wishing for something to happen fast and it doesn't. It depends on the number of cases at NVC and when a visa number is available. At the present they are receiving many of the visa lottery winners for visas in 2016 who have to submit documents by end of September.

When you do the interview be sure you know all about your spouse even silly and stupid questions like what color is the house spouse lives in

Be serious / no smiling in Casa embassy / smile and CO will say you smile, you lie

Be confident and answer all questions quickly
