hello all , im facing problem this morning i was trying to login to the site to check my case and its not working ( application error you have encountered an application error please try again later) what is that mean is it bad thing h i need help please

08/25/15 Sent AOS & IV package

08/31/15 DS-261 reviewed

08/31/15 AOS & IV scan date confirmed by Sup.

09/02/15 Received IV bill by email

09/03/15 Paid IV bill

09/09/15 Submitted DS-260

09/17/15 Case Completed @ NVC

10/06/15 Expedite Request sent to NVC

11/12/15 Contacted Sen. Marco Rubio for assistance with expedite by email

11/19/15 Expedite Approved

12/9/15 Medical

12/11/15 Interview (Approved)

12/14/15 CEAC Status changed to AP

12/15/15 CEAC Status Changed to Issued

12/18/15 Picked up Passport & booked hubby's ticket.

Oh yes thank you , on 15 of September we got a checklist and my husband call them and they told him that it was a false one , my question is they reviewed our doc's? Or not?

Only the NVC can tell you if they have actually started or not.

After you pay for the AOS, IV it will show "Paid" and once you do the DS260 it will say "Completed"

You can see these on the link

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

If you call the NVC they can give you a date as to when they received the AOS and IV packages. You then just wait and one day the AOS will change from "Paid" to N/A. At that time it has been reviewed and case complete. You then go back to waiting mode for the interview date.

I did call the nvc today and they told me that the reviewed our doc's and they didn't review our DS-260 we submitted this application on 7th September so how long does it take for Cc??

September 2007: Met online via social networking site (MySpace); began exchanging messages.
March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

according to emails i received from NVC when i asked, answers i got were various

our

30 days, 60 days, and 60 business days which means take out saturday, sunday and US holidays

The process depends on the number of applicaitons at NVC, when a visa number is available and if they have all your documents completed correctly

Provide a good reliable email ID to get answers quickly from the review of your case / if they need more documents, they will send an email. You need to answer quickly and be sure to inculde the cover sheet they send with the bar code number. I say quickly as possible because the time period of 30, 60 and 60 business days starts all over again. As the US is now preparing for several holidays, you don't want to be stuck in the Thanksgiving to New Year's holiday area when offices in the US slow down as many take vacations
