You mean I-864? If so, it is on the USCIS website, but you usually send it to NVC.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I Didn't see the reference any where... For interview I have to take the AOS form, I actually don't know which form i have to take so i thought of taking help from the portal.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Are you going for a spousal visa abroad? If so, AOS stands for Affadavit of Support and is the I-864, but that is usually submitted to NVC.

However, if you are in the USA, it can mean Adjustment of Status, which is why we are asking.

Can you post a scan of the paper that tells you to bring the AOS form, making sure to black our any case numbers or full names? It if very odd that they use the abbreviation with no explanation.
