Supervisor Review

Well, after a cc email when I called them to check for interview date and instead three weeks later they said it has been send to a supervisor for additional review. So apparently they do this even after a cc. That's why I am confused. Haven't been able to get a supervisor yet on the phone to figure this out. I am baffled.

Exactly dont trust what normal reps tell you because they usually dont and just tell you things to get u off the phone quickly try talking to a supervisor if you cant get hold of one at one time try another time. I called a week ago and the rep said my case hasnt been reviewed and she is puting it to the Supervisor review which will take another 42 days to complete and guess what after two days the staus on website changed to 3 N/A ill call them today as well for confirming whether it is a case complete or not and ill talk to supervisor.

You are not alone on this, my case is also on supervisor review since 19 August (after NVC received missing docs on 05 June and all forms were completed on 19 July).

I called them and they said the same that Birth certificate is missing but I insisted that not only we sent the certificate but also if its missing I still quality for CC so I will present original birth certificate during interview................................I also mentioned that we have not received any checklist saying birth certificate is missing.......

We found that best solution is to do what NVC is saying......in our case we somehow missed sending critical document. I will recommend to quickly respond as said by NVC and send them what they are asking. After sending the missing document my case was quickly completed. Thanks for reading.

We sent our package last December 9 2015. They received it the next day. And up to now there's no RFE or missing documents. My husband called them twice now and the rep said there's no decision yet. She brought our case to a supervisor review. We will call again tom. I really have no idea why it took so long for them to make a decision. We've been married for almost five years now and we already have two kids. He has some good decent paying job. Hayyyyy, I'm so frustrated right now. ???
