Can I send form i864 with unavailable supporting documents?

I'm still waiting for my wife's and daughter's passports, but the Affidavit of Support documents are ready, can i still send it? I just checked "unavailable" on the list. Because i got the form since August 12, i need some progress.

I am not 100% sure what you mean. If you are saying you have a complete AoS package (complete I864 with supporting financial information) then yes you can mail off your AoS package. Keep in mind it is not until they have both the IV and AoS package that you can really start counting the 30 day document review time, and you will likely get a checklist for the missing IV package.

Sorry for the confusion, aos is almost conplete except for the passport and police clearance

Passport and police clearance are part of the IV packet, the AoS packet is your financial support documents

If you are talking about the packet as a whole and waiting on passport and police clearance, then wait until you have those documents to send it in.

You never send in the DS260, you complete it online and should complete it as soon as it becomes available

Thank you for the advice, i guess I'll just have to wait for their passports, i already paid and have access on the IV form/DS260.

Does the form i864 have expiration? I got it since August 12

AS long as you filled out the new edition of the form (july 2015) then you will not have a problem with the I864
