3 N/A doesn't mean case complete

Just wanted to let you guys know that 3 N/A, and when AOS changes from PAID to N/A doesn't mean case complete.

I have had 3 N/A's since September 4th, I called then, they said "everything looks good"

I called again today, and they said case is in "final review".

So, NO, 3 n/a doesn't mean case complete

I know when ours changed to 3 N/A's, I called and they told me yes CC. Not sure with yours but keep calling and question them on the reasons!

I can see why in the NVC guide it says:

Case Complete

There's currently a way to know (not 100% guaranteed though) if you have case complete by looking on the CEAC site. If the AOS fee changes from PAID to N/A, then I'd suggest calling NVC up pronto as most, if not all, people who have reported seeing this have a case complete.

Although case complete emails used to be rare for non-EP folk, it's becoming more common (it might even be that everyone is getting them now). But, they're severely delayed (sometimes a week or more!), so do not rely on it (unless you're in no rush to find out). The fastest way to find out if your case is complete is to call an operator at NVC and ask.

After the case is complete, the case is put in a queue to get an interview date scheduled.

Thanks for sharing your experience. In my case, the 3 N/A mean case complete.

Looks like you should be really close. One NVC rep told me they do review one time seems that is not true, they may review some and then come back to it.

I think apart from efficiency, the NVC could use some unity.

my wife case last Thursday the AOS change from (paid) to (N/A) i called NVC to make sure my case is complete

they told me YES case complete

I think that for most 3 N/A means case complete, but there are always exceptions. Unfortunately your case seems to be one of the exceptions hopefully your case will be approved soon

This makes me sad =[ we got our AOS changed to N/A from paid, after my husband talked to a supervisor. And he said that the case is closed. And we'll just wait for an email confirmation after a week.

It will continue to say "AT NVC" until after you receive an interview date AND your case file is sent to the embassy. Did you can and find out if you have case complete? If you do then don't worry about it saying at nvc.
