So did they file a complaint of age and weight discrimination ? Yep, classic example of personal bias without factual evidence and that time

the CO actually voiced it. As I said it happens more than some care to admit.

Apparently the UK is tougher to deal with. She took the case all the way to court and in the end, a judge told her the decision was final, end of story. That mess took up several years of her life and she was financially striped, borrowing money to fight. In the end, when all her efforts failed, her husband told her it wasn't worth it anymore and dumped her.

Case changed from "Ready" to "AP" on 19th, then to "Issued" on 22nd

Visa was ready for pick up November 3rd in the afternoon

VISA IN HAND! THANK YOU GOD!

A large age gap is a fraud indicator on the fraud referral sheet that the embassies go by. Therefore, since the CO's have such large discretionary power and interpretation based on their observation

So the Court got it right?
