Hello All,

I am currently on TN-1 status here in US., recently I married a U.S.CITIZEN and intend to apply for change of status soon.

I just noticed that my divorce paper has my middle name.

Though all of my papers including my passport and birth certificate does not have the middle name.

The middle name was actually a nick name that eventually formalized, but never in my birth certificate.

Again, I just noticed that my divorce paper still has that middle name.

I have not used it in any of the form that I have completed so far, as it is not in my passport nor my birth certificate.

Would this be an issue during review of my application.

Hello All, I will really appreciate your input into this issue.

My middle name, formerly nickname is showing in my divorce paper....

The middle name is not in my birth certificate nor my passport nor my driver licence.

Maybe I should not submit my divorce paper with my application for now?

Please advice and thank you.
