Chinese Love Poems

I've been searching on the Internet for love poems in Chinese, with translations in English. I've already found a few websites, and I am always glad to hear about new ones, so please feel free to provide links in addition to answering my question below. On one of the sites I found a poem which I believe appears in both Chinese and also in English. I am going to insert the English text below and also the link to the original Internet site. Can anyone here confirm for me if the Chinese part (found inside a frame under the drawing on the website) is indeed the poem itself and not something else before I send this to my girlfriend overseas?

My question is this: Looking at the website, is the Chinese portion inside the frame the poem that is translated into English on the lower part of the webpage? I believe that anyone who reads Chinese should be able to answer my question. Thanks!
