Hello i have been paroled on humanitarian conditions section 245 that lets you continue aos after you abandon it. I was paroled at the porty of entry and it clearly states i have 2 months. But my interview has not happened within the 2 months and if i am suppose to live here why does it say 2 months. Also i am reading online that if you have an aos case pending then the i94 humanitarian parole is irrelevent. I need help thank you

I'm not sure how humanitarian parole worked. But if it means as you're saying that your AOS is not abandoned, then you can stay in the US by the fact that you have a pending AOS. Someone with a pending I-485 does not need to be in status to stay in the US. In other words, the duration of the parole given on entry is irrelevant because you have a pending I-485.
