What is the typical wait time for IV bill to be available to be paid online?

We completed DS-261 (choice of agent) online about 2 weeks ago. We paid the AOS fee shortly after that.

And the IV fee is still not available to be paid. What is the usual wait for this? Is it dependent on something else to be done first?

The IV fees will not show until the DS-261 choice of agent form has been review. You can call the NVC and have them review if over the phone for you. You might have to call more then once to get an agent to do it.
