We filed for AOS in late January, and just received a request for missing evidence- Form I-171 (Notice of Approval from the Consular Office). I sent them the two letters that my husband received from the embassy after approval, but neither was this form- it might have been in the packet. Has anyone successfully contacted an embassy and gotten them to forward missing documents?

Did you ever find out how to get a copy of this form? Im in a similiar situation, and no one knows how to get a copy of the I-171.
