Heres my scenario.

My fiances mom already has sponsored a family member. Will she be able to sponsor me and my fiance under K1? My fiance will need a co-signer as she is only a student and cannot support me. Is there any rules that say you cannot sponsor more than one person? or does it depend on income of that person?

thanks

Start by reading the instructions on the affidavit of support and the poverty guidelines www.uscis.gov

A sponsor must make enough money to support their household size, meaning any family members + immigrant.
