Also, for the interview, do I have to submit another DS160? Please help.

The registration doesn't ever go to the clinic it's just a form you fill out and print, they don't have anything in their system. I really don't know if it matters much, but you can fill one out again....doesn't take but 5 minutes. Much shorter than getting on here searching for the answer.

Medical is walk in and no need to redo the DS-160 if nothing has changed. Rescheduled don't require a new DS-160.

I think she was asking about the SLEC registration form and if it needed to be redone when she returns, not the SLEC form (?)... but I think she knows now what to do.

The Embassy likes to have the medical done at least 7 business days prior to the interview. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3218.html

Let's say they see a spot on your lungs and so now TB is questionable. They require you to take a sputum test, takes three days to read now you are right up against your interview. What will you do?

You can only cancel two times before you will be required to pay another fee and wait 90 days before scheduling another interview date.

I just called the Embassy today, and asked about this, she said that if theyre the ones to reschedule, they can fix it on their end. But yeah, for online appointments, she told me to just do it 28 and 29 then if theres such case(I hope not) I can reschedule in 24 hrs before the interview. I guess, ill wait..

Thank is fine. The embassy wants the medical done AT LEAST 5-7 days before the interview. No worries.
