My fiancé arrived from Jamaica in late December and we married in late February. We had no REFs with K1 visa but was transferred so it seemed to take forever.

We filed AOS package in March and he was approved for EAD and AP in late April. He started work on May 5. Note that I did apply for expedition of EAD due to medical issues.

We expected to wait a year or so to hear about the actual "green card" but in July we received a letter about possible waiver of interview for I-485. To our surprise they ordered his green card on 9-11. I can't believe this went so good but I know we are blessed and highly favored. He had excellent background and work history and I was very meticulous with paperwork.

Thank you VISAJOURNEY!!!!!
