I693 Expired - Do we have to do it again?

We got a notice (sent to our previous address - even though we've filled out the change of address form twice!!) stating that the i-693 expired as it's more than 1 year old. It doesn't explicitly request a new one. It simply says that the document has expired. At the bottom of the page it asks us to send in therequested documents within 30 days.

Anyone else get this? Can't we just use whatever my fiancee used for the medical records from the K1 visa? Does she really have to go to another doctor and get checked out again?

Yes, you will have to go to a civil surgeon and redo your medical. Take a copy of your paperwork with you.
