What is confusing?

According to you. She has never married nor convicted.

As well as you.

This entry states:

If the beneficiary is your fiance (True)

AND this is the 3rd or more I129F form filed ( I assume this is NOT true)...then you need a waiver (thus NOT TRUE)

You would simply leave all 4 boxes unchecked. She is NOT your spouse, you have not married if you are using a K1

Some people will not have the same English skills you apparently have.

Anyways, thank you for your help, it is appreciated. I will leave the 4 boxes unchecked then.

If you are filing for a K-1, then your beneficiary cannot be your spouse. A K-1 is for unmarried people with NO spouses.

Again, you have no reason for a waiver and no criminal history. Those boxes are ALL left blank. Check out the example form > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-129F.pdf
