Aug-02-2006: I-129F sent

Aug-14-2006: Cali service center received

Aug-15-2006: NOA1 (14 days)

Oct-23-2006: touched the 1st time.

Oct-24-2006: touched

Oct-25-2006: touched

Oct-31-2006: Email notification of RFE

Nov-17-2006: IMBRA sent to CSC

Nov-21-2006: touched ------- CSC received IMBRA

Nov-22-2006: touched

Nov-27-2006: touched

Nov-28-2006: NOA2 (118 days)

Nov-29-2006: touched

Dec-06-2006: received approved letter by mail

Dec-14-2006: NVC received

Dec-19-2006: received mail notification from NVC ----- got new case number

Dec-22-2006: HCM consulate received

Dec-27-2006: pkt3 sent by HCM consulate

Jan-02-2007: pkt3 received (153 days)

Jan-04-2007: pkt3 returned

Mar-28-2007: Interview day (238 days)******* denied

Apr-19-2007: Our case is sent back to NVC

Jun-29-2007: received email from CSC saying that our case is requested for review. (334 days)

Woah! 26 hours of labor THEN a c-section. I think she needs some sort of medal or something.

17-May -04 Divorce Final. I-129F submitted to USCIS

02-July -04 NOA1

30-Aug -04 NOA2 (Approved)

13-Sept-04 NVC to HCMC

08-Oc t -04 Pack 3 received and sent

15-Dec -04 Pack 4 received.

24-Jan-05 Interview----------------Passed

28-Feb-05 Visa Issued

06-Mar-05 ----Nicole is here!!EVERYBODY DANCE!

10-Mar-05 --US Marriage

01-Nov-05 -AOS complete

14-Nov-07 -10 year green card approved

12-Mar-09 Citizenship Oath Montebello, CA

May '04- Mar '09! The 5 year journey is complete!

Guys, this might not be the appropriate forum for me to post this news but I do it anyway since I only hand out in this room.

7 months waiting for the interview

8 months in gruesome AR

10 months in the US

9 months of pregnancy

26 hours of intense labor

1 C-section

And now Ladies and Gentemen,

Here he is, little baby Ethan Nhat Nguyen Dang weighing in at 8 lbs and standing tall at 21"

PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just so happy and excited.

Congratulations KEVIN, LOAN and baby Ethan. Much love and admiration from us...

It is the greatest gift from God. I know it is for me. What a feeling to be a parent, especially a father for you, Kevin.

I understand that this is a very lucky year to have a child. Again, congratulations!
