Guys, this might not be the appropriate forum for me to post this news but I do it anyway since I only hand out in this room.

7 months waiting for the interview

8 months in gruesome AR

10 months in the US

9 months of pregnancy

26 hours of intense labor

1 C-section

And now Ladies and Gentemen,

Here he is, little baby Ethan Nhat Nguyen Dang weighing in at 8 lbs and standing tall at 21"

I am just so happy and excited.

I used to be indecisive. Now I am just not sure ...

2009-10-21 I-751 sent to CSC

2009-10-23 package arrived at CSC

2009-10-23 NOA1 date (time 21:03)

2009-10-27 check cashed

2009-12-01 Biometrics Appt in Oakland

2009-12-22 CRIS email: "card production ordered" - exactly 2 years from my CGC!!!

2010-01-04 10yr GC received!!!

Congratulation!!!!!!!!!.. You are getting a Con Heo Vang heh? Should be very lucky for both of you!.... I am looking forward to have one tooo hehhe.

06-26-2007: Biometrics Appoinment Received 7-14-2007

07-14-2007: Biometrics Appointment

10-29-2007: AOS interview - still need to wait for FBI name check.

02-27-2008: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

02-28-2008: Card production ordered

03-04-2008: Approval notice sent

03-07-2008: Green Card received

05-07-2008: California ID received (took almost a year to get it)

2007-05-17 : AOS + EAD Sent

2007-05-29 : I-765 EAD NOA received

2007-05-31 : I-485 AOS NOA received

2007-08-01 : EAD received

2007-08-02 : Green Card AOS received

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

Notice sent: 2011-09-28

03.23.2006 - NOA2

04.05.2006 - Rec'd @ NVC

04.07.2006 - Left for HCMC

04.08.2006 - e-file in HCMC

05.10.2006 - HCMC sends out packet 3

06.02.2006 - Rec'd packet 3
