Hello all

I guess its that time again for my wife and i to enter the waiting game? My question is just how many different NOA's or receipts do you receive for I-751? My wife and I recently filed forms and today received a letter indicating acknowledgement of the Biometrics fee and had a lable stuck to it with a receipt number. Well i went to USCIS website and typed in the number and its not on file. letter is dated 13 FEB.

So is it just a receipt? or is it the NOA? it doesnt look like the NOA's that stated Notice of Action from adjustment of status process

are the receipt reference numbers different from NOA reference numbers

Any light from people that have already received their Receipt/NOA's would be helpful...

Thanks

Mark and Elena (usa) (Italy)

WE MAILED OUR PACKAGE ON FEBRUARY THE 6TH TO THE TSC.

CHECKS WERE CLEARED ON FEBRUARY 13.

RECEIVED I-797C STATING ON FEBRUARY16,2007 HER SON WAS A DEPENDENT ON THE PETITION AND HIS STATUS WAS EXTENDED FOR ONE YEAR.

NEXT DAY WE RECEIVE THE RECEIPTS FOR BOTH THE BIOMETRIC FEES DATED FEBRUARY 8 AND NOTHING SINCE.

SOUNDS LIKE THERE FEW ON THIS SITE IN THE SAME BOAT. MY QUESTION IS THEY EXTENDED HER SON BUT NOT MY WIFE??

In our case, my wife & daughter had biometircs done (different days) and we waited quite a while for the interview dates. We rcvd notice of my wife's interview, but never got one for our daughter. When we went to the interview, they asked where our daughter was and we told them she was in school and we didn't get the notice. After our interview, they went ahead and approved our daughter as well, bith subject to a supplemental medical exam from a Civil Surgeon. She never had to go to an interview.

I received my NOA yesterday and it mentioned on it that my conditional residency had been extended for one year.... and it also included my application number which I entered into the USCIS site and my petition came up....

it also mentioned that I would be recieving a separate biometric notice...

my guess is that your NOA is on its way... the biometrics letter probably passed it in the mail....
