Under documents in Summary page says N/A

My AOS fee shows paid and so does my IV fee. However, under documents it says N/A. What does that mean? I sent in the documents 4 days ago.

And no I don't drive Uber.

Ignore it... It doesn't mean anything... Ours has said N/A from the beginning.... What you eventually want to see is a N/A on your AOS payment.... Which means Case Closed...

Thank you. Makes alot more sense. I was confusing this with the AOS payment N/A.
