So we gathered all papers together and went to consultation for them to overlook.

Some comments from this:

If I did my medical during visa process, I only need my immunization form from Civil Surgeon, (https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go;jse...office_type=CIV) and another medical exam again is not required.

In all forms I use same I-94 number, this date limits only for time I can marry

Photo with covered ears is ok

Send everything in asap, because they will dramatically raise prices for each form soon (what a money making machine, huh!)

Put your papers nice, organized stapled in covers and sheet protectors, to be easy to overview

2006 taxes is not required till April 15, but they still might want to see this in case something is questioned. Either do taxes, or either get official statement from your job about your incomes and paycheck copies about last year too, same as for I-134.

Chicago is quite loaded, temporary travel and work permit could take for about 90 days, very green card could be even about 6-8 months. I wonder if things happen sooner, is it worth to fill them. He said in emergency need to travel, i can go to them and they would give permit to travel in few days.

We both go to interview, with evidences - wedding photos, renting contract etc. And original documents from what you sent copies in. Now sending in AOS, send all copies, except immunization form in doctors sealed envelope.

Quite easy, because someone canceled appointment. Next one would be only after two weeks as I remember.

It cost 25 $ and took about 40 minutes.
